I lived here for about two and a half years, and I would like to leave an honest review. This was the very first apartment I lived in after moving to Atlanta, and overall, the community amenities are excellent. The facilities are well maintained, and the community itself feels pleasant and comfortable. That said, there are a few inconveniences. For example, the parking garage gate does occasionally break down. However, in my opinion, this seems to be more related to the behavior of a few inconsiderate residents rather than poor management by the apartment itself. Despite these minor issues, I genuinely believe this apartment deserves a 5-star rating solely because of the leasing office staff, Lydia and Ahmad. Even without having much experience with leasing offices at other apartments, I can confidently say that their kindness, professionalism, and fast response to any request are outstanding. What impressed me the most was their attitude when I reached out regarding personal matters—they truly listen and try to understand situations from the resident’s perspective. That level of care and empathy made a lasting impression on me. Although I have since moved out, if I ever choose to move back to this apartment in the future, the biggest reason would be Lydia and Ahmad.

this is the worst apartments I’ve stayed at.someone was shot and unalived on the property but the property doesn’t care and still hasn’t tightened up.they put a security on the premises for a couple days and moved the police car from the front of the apartment to the parking deck.what a joke.i moved here to feel safe but all these shootings and violence at this apartment I don’t see how I’ve stayed for years it’s time to move.

I had it to the ROOF with these apartments. The cops are ALWAYS here or if not the cops, it’s the coroners. Seriously? I witnessed a drive by last night. I had just witnessed a domestic fight last week and it took police almost 2 HOURS to arrive. Seriously? Oh, and the fire alarm goes off ALL NIGHT LONG.. The police car parked in front is strictly for decoration. I promise you.

I toured a few places before this one, but something about this apartment really stood out. Ahmad made the entire process smooth and stress free, and he honestly made choosing this place feel like the right move. For my first apartment, I’m really happy with my decision.
