- BRBranden RoaneSep 28, 20252.0It's a nice enough looking building, but they're pretty lax on cleaning and maintenance of common areas meaning you may have to step past dog waste either in the hallways or entrance from the parking deck just to get to an elevator that doesn't work. Additionally, they're very strict on having visitors' cars checked in or else they'll be booted in the deck. Never heard of a place having limits on how many visitors rent paying residents can have or how long they can stay. But when you need to get unbooted, that's another company they hire's responsibility and not their problem. If you choose to not park within the deck, may the odds be in your favor that no one breaks in your car. The empty cop car outside doesn't scare everyone.
