TLDR: if you know you have better options, find someplace else. Management is difficult, maintenance is incompetent. I've lived here for almost 2 years now. It's... fine. The unit is fine. The neighbors are also just fine. I wouldn't recommend renting here unless you have to. The asking price is far too high at nearly 1700 at the time of this writing. They will try to raise your rent by $75 annually. Additionally their "Maintentance" guys are not worth their salt. The very first week I asked them about the ice machine in my fridge and their "maintenance" guy ripped my vinyl floor scooting the fridge out only to discover it's not hooked up to water and can't be. They never leave a note if they visit like they're supposed to. Their dedicated HVAC guy couldn't even fix a basic clogged-condensation-drain issue: I had to submit 5 separate maintenance requests over the course of 12 days before they FINALLY sent a contractor to come fix it professionally. You might be asking "Waiting doesn't sound so bad..." -- I had to clean up literal gallons of water every single day. Asset Living manages this property and they are a huge pain to deal with -- they roll the property managers out every 6-12 months: both of my leases were issues by different property managers. This creates issues when recurring problems arise and a new idiot sits in the chair. Also the guy above my unit smokes pot and I can smell it. It's very annoying.

Alba R. is thee absolute BEST EVER. I toured this apartment and loved that it was a small community. Alba was extremely knowledgeable and personable, made the tour fantastic. She also worked with me for a long time to get me moved in. I greatly greatly appreciate all of Alba’s efforts and highly recommend anyone to move here. Alba deserves a bonus AND a raise! Thank you so much and I look forward to moving in soon!

This complex is a bit weird to say the least. I was conditionally approved and received links to make deposits and proceed with my move in which I made a partial payment of $500 on the deposit to find out later that I wasn’t approved. Alba I believe her name is (latina woman at front desk) was rude to me and insisted I come in physically time and time again when getting things done online or over the phone. Eventually, I did only to be what I feel like discriminated against. I spent two weeks leaving voicemails attempting to get my refund with no help or enthusiasm from staff. Alba even lied to me with a condescending tone stating “you’ll get your money” and stating that she had already sent the email that was needed in order to process the refund. This was a lie I ended up receiving that confirmation about 4 or 5 days later. They close on weekends and never answer the phone or return voicemails. Save yourself the headache grateful things turned out the way they did.

I am a current resident and my heat has never worked at all. I currently have it set to 85 degrees and it NEVER reaches past 71 degrees unless it’s hot outside. I’ve placed several different maintenance orders and they only fix the issue temporarily. 3 different maintenance orders have been placed within 1 month and not a single person has even reached out to me on the last 2. I will be placing a maintenance order daily until it’s resolved and if I end up in court I’ll definitely be showing them the screenshots of everything including the flooding that has taken place several different times as well. (they fixed that issue though, my guess is that it would cause damage to the property itself). I will be placing my rent in an escrow account until this is handled but I wouldn’t recommend moving here. The rent office doesn’t even answer the phone. Update: I’ve placed a new maintenance request today. That’s now 4 open work orders I have open and have not been I’ve not been contacted. I pay $1,555 a month for a 1 bedroom that has flooded several different times and no heat Update: As of 12/12/25 my heat is still out. They hired an HVAC company and discovered my entire heating unit needs to be replaced. The office manager has reached out for an approval to have it replaced and hasn’t heard back from anyone to have it installed. I was told by maintenance & the office manager the complex doesn’t have space heaters but the office Manager has some at home and she would bring them for me. As of today, I have not received any space heaters. I have a gas stove that I have been using to heat my home, which is dangerous, but it’s the only thing that I have.
