Location is 10/10, the rooftop pool is amazing, and any maintenance issues we had (which I can count on one hand) were resolved expeditiously. Jonathan has worked his way up to manager of the property and he’s been consistently responsive and helpful, especially during the move-out process to make it as smooth as possible.

He has gone above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced with apartment management. When my keys accidentally fell under the elevator, Jonathan helped me retrieve them quickly and without hesitation. Even though it was after hours and he was technically off, he made sure I was able to get a spare key so I could still move freely around the building and feel secure.. He has helped me after hours on multiple occasions, even while out of the country, always responding with kindness, urgency, and genuine concern. He is consistently friendly, approachable, and compassionate in a way I’ve never experienced from apartment personnel before. Because of Jonathan, I truly feel safe, supported, and well taken care of living here. That sense of trust and comfort is invaluable, and for those reasons, I don’t foresee myself leaving this apartment anytime soon because I know I won’t get this level of genuine care anywhere else.

We loved the amenities but when we got to the actual unit, it was a bit smaller than we thought it would be. But Javon gave us a few ideas on how to manipulate the space which gave us a better perspective of the unit. We just might come back and pick these apartments and lease here :).

The building was very clean and everyone was super helpful. The agent Javon took me on an amazing tour, and I loved the amenities. The pool is to die for you can literally see the skyline from it.
