I asked could he send me some information to be prepared and he never sent me any information. I came at 3:52 and no one was in there. He came down around 4:08 to show someone a different apartment and needed the key and said despite I have an appointment he was not going to be able to tour me because he was on a tour now and the last tour is at 4 which I had an appointment for. Then what made it worst, I said I was going to leave a bad review and I guess he thought I didn't hear him but said sure, you wasn't going to rent anyway. As someone that was a leasing agent before, this is very unprofessional and it shows you don't care about your future residents and resident time to handle things in a timely matter with some respect. Don't even waste your time stopping by because they not trying to help. And he made a joke with a vendor was there to get a key (that they didn't have and had to contact the resident to get access) saying the team left early to drink, but I didn't find it funny when I rushed there to not be able to tour on my lunch break.
