  Whats up with the security here at Amli Atlantic Station ? A couple weeks ago I went to go visit my friend for dinner and the big white security guy is so creepy . He initially tried to hit on me and when I turned him down he proceeded to then try to hit on my male best friend whose a resident of the building . I feel so uncomfortable every time I see him now and he always seems to harass me every time I come there now. Smh

  Toured with Janice and my mom and she did an incredible job giving options and breaking down the pricing of each home. The community is beautiful and has so many things to offer. Everything she showed us had an incredible view. Thank you Janice for being incredible and can’t wait for my mom to be a future resident!

  This building is just average. Its like Fort Knox to get in and its basically a cage even when you live here. You're asked to leave common areas after 10pm and not just the automatically locked common areas but even the areas where your mail and coffee are. The leasing staff is very nice but the security here has obviously not been trained on ethics. All they do is flirt with every new pretty girl who moves in and try to get their number which makes it so uncomfortable to live here and to walk around the property or to utilize security without feeling some type of way. Multiple girls have had conversations about the security crossing boundaries and its not just one of the security but the one that's here the most gets the most complaints. Amli needs to do a security rehire of happily married men or rotate them more frequently.

  Hello Janice, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the amazing experience during our apartment tour. Your kindness and southern hospitality made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. You took the time to understand what we were looking for and provided us with a lot of valuable information. Your knowledge about the quality and details of the community was impressive and much appreciated. We truly felt comfortable and not judged throughout the process. If I decide to move to Atlantic Station, one of the biggest reasons will be because of you. And also Atlantic station is one the amazing apartments I have ever seen. I am new to the city. I’m just moving to Atlanta and I cannot wait to move in my new apartment.Thank you again for your warm personality and attention to detail. It really made a difference.

  The Stratis (Glitchy and unsmart) app is the only way to access the building and almost every door inside the building, which is extremely inconvenient. I asked for a physical fob because I don’t like carrying my phone everywhere, but instead of listening to my concerns, the community manager lectured me about how it “wasn’t possible.” The front office, maintenance and security team is fantastic—they deserve 5 stars for listening to residents concerns and going out of their way to address them. Unfortunately, the community manager is the complete opposite. Not a single resident I’ve spoken with has had a positive experience with the unsmart app. Imagine getting home late, your phone dies or is lost, and you’re locked out until the next day. That’s the reality here. Hope you don't mind sleeping on the streets in the cold! To make things worse, the community manager requested me to send her private medical information just to maybe get an approval for a fob. Completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend living here unless you enjoy relying on a glitchy and unsmart app as your only way to get into your own home and wouldn't mind sleeping on the streets if you don't have access to your phone. This is the only negative thing about the apartment complex, but not having a fob is a HUGE quality of life downgrade for me and having paying huge rent while not being listened is a huge turn off. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they give residents what they ask for which is a fob to navigate the building. I will edit this review to 5 stars if the community manager listens to the residents concerns and gives us fobs.
