From the moment I arrived, her demeanor was unwelcoming and dismissive. I told her how I’ve been standing outside ringing the leasing office line and she stated “well i was on the phone” She questioned why I wanted to tour since I’m not moving until December, saying it “didn’t make sense” to her and that she was “confused why i still wanted to see the property”— which I found both unprofessional and discouraging. After I insisted on proceeding with the tour, she reluctantly showed me the unit but refused to show the amenities unless I specifically asked. Even then, she declined to show the pool. Throughout the interaction, her tone, attitude, and line of questioning felt condescending and carried concerning undertones of bias and racism This company should seriously review Dina’s conduct and ensure all prospective residents are treated with professionalism and respect.
