- AAAdamMay 25, 20251.0EXTREMELY POOR WORKMANSHIP, BEWARE! Toll Brothers is marketed as being “America's Luxury Home Builder,” which epitomizes the spirit of experience. However, the (actual) work being performed, is POLARIZINGLY opposite than what the Toll Brothers marketing videos, and their sales consultant advertise. They have poor processes, which lead to EXTREMELY POOR WORKMANSHIP on what is supposed to be a $1,000,000+ home! Our comprehensive home inspection, evidenced a home fraught with poor workmanship, and a lack of supervision. The home was so badly built that it legitimately raises concerns regarding the constriction crews foundational knowledge, and whether they have the necessary education and certifications to build a home within our local building codes and regulations; as that is crucial for safe and compliant construction. Ultimately, the pictures provided from our home’s inspection, displayed a polar opposite product than what the Toll Brothers marketing videos, and sales consultant advertise. In good faith, we CAN NOT recommend buying a Toll Brothers home.
