Every day I go out my living accommodations to enjoy the great nature Calibre Bend Apartments offers. Suddenly in a critical instance, I lost balance and was inclined about to fall.... Sammy Roman and Jose Rodriguez (maintenance crew "The A Team) rushed to my help preventing any injury to myself. Both men took their time to make sure I was okay. Always cheerfully, respectful, willing to calm me down and assuring my safety. This men are hard working employees that deserve recognition for their dedication and perseverance in their daily commitments at Calibre Bend Apts. I'm very proud. They deserve the best. Nowadays, You won't find individuals with a great and higher compromise at the place of employment. Thank You dear lads for saving my day. I will never forget uncommon valor. "Fiat Lux".

We finally settled on one that suited our needs. Thanks, Melanie! Also, a big, BIG, thanks to David, who went above and beyond to help us get qualified, we won’t forget this. Another big thank you and appreciation for the maintenance people. They are the true heroes and the glue that keeps the place running. Their response is fast and if it can’t be fixed the first time, they will keep at it until it is. My hat’s off to their dedication and perseverance. These guys are truly above and beyond and a credit to their organization. We’ve been here a little over a month, having moved from a previous nearby complex. Sure, they were cheaper but, you do really get what you pay for. Calibre Bend is heads and shoulders above everything else around here. From the visually appealing grounds to the apartments and dedicated maintenance team, I cannot find enough praise for this place. We’re extremely happy with our choice and hope to continue so.

Janice and Carey in the leasing office are so helpful anytime my roommate and I have questions or concerns and always offer a grateful smile when passing by on the golf carts. Jose, Sammy, and Ramiro are the maintenance dream team. Super responsive if there is a maintenance issue or emergency. The frequent food trucks are a major plus! I have recommended Calibre Bend to many friends and two have moved in as a result. The only thing missing from the complex is a dog park. As a dog friendly complex, a dog park would be amazing!
