  Mi nombre es Amaya Garcia Figueroa vivo en en este lugar desde finales de septiembre mi experiencia aquí a sido muy buena pues es un lugar muy tranquilo y un vecindario excepcional al menos mi área ! Sin dejar de mencionar en primer lugar la ayuda incondicional y el buen trabajo" De Karol López " no estaría exagerando que ella es un ser humano como pocos su corazón y empatía asia los inquilinos es única sin su ayuda ,su preocupación en todos los aspectos mi estancia aquí no sería igual ,Karol es toda atención con los clientes siempre tiene una sonrisa en sus labios con todos ,no existe un imposible y un no siempre y cuando esté a su alcance ,no tiene horario de salida muchas ocasiones he llegado a la oficina a las 7 de la noche y suelta sus cosas y le escucha y trata de ayudarte creo que no tendría palabras para describir a esta Señora muy personalmente para mí como ella existen muy pocas personas en este País con tantas ganas de sacar su trabajo adelante y tantas ganas de Toledo Club sea grande .Mis más sinceras felicitaciones para Karol López nunca dejes de ser tu !!!!

  I can't say enough good things about Stillwell at Wellen Park! From our first visit, Kylie was incredibly helpful and really listened to what we were looking for. Kylie went above and beyond to find us the perfect unit, and we couldn't be happier with our new living situation. Her professionalism and dedication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a great place to live with outstanding service, ask for Kylie. She's the best!

  We did a long distance move and Stillwell was more than accommodating. There was alot of logistics and things going on when we moved making it very stressful but they worked through all the hurdles and made it less stressful, we love living here! it's a great community vibe and setting. Special thanks to Amber for dealing with our challenges and not skipping a beat! Thank you to Sonia and Kylie for always jumping in to assist so quickly. Shout out to the Maintainence team for always being quick solving issues for us. Thank you for helping us find our new home in paradise. Our pup loves it especially the pup events! Thank you everyone.

  We’ve had a very concerning issue with mold in the attic space of our apartment, which has caused a lot of stress and safety concerns. We requested a mold inspection to be done by the Stillwell office before the birth of our baby in June, the report was done that week and sent to the main office per the date on the report, we didn't receive the report until end of August after inquiring about it again. And the on the report it was recommended for Stillwell to do air testing of our unit, which they did not do. The situation wasn’t handled well initially, and communication was poor. Unfortunately, the mold problem itself is serious, so I can’t recommend this property at this time. On top of all this since living here almost a year the pool was closed multiple times due to maintence issues and the grills were closed over a major Holiday weekend. The main Property Management for Stillwell is Coastal Ridge which has 2.1 stars on google reviews. (Pics below- green is the mold.)
