I contacted her on Tuesday this week, regarding a property we had an interest. She met with us the same day! We walked in and immediately knew it was the home for which we had been searching. I did not have a realtor, but meeting her for the first time I knew that she was the realtor that would represent my husband and I in our search for our forever retirement home. We looked at numerous homes from Venice to North Bradenton. She was diligent in showing us homes that met our requirements and price range. My husband and I cannot say enough about her professionalism and her love of the sunshine state! Always so enthusiastic as she loves to show homes. We settled on a home in Bradenton only to be told that someone overbid us. A week went by before she contacted us that the house was back on the market! She handled everything while we were back in Atlanta. We cannot say enough about Gina, and you would be doing yourself an injustice not to hire this beautiful, energetic realtor. She just loves Florida and the sun shines right thru her. We made a friend for life!
