Not cool. So taking a risk I'll post this review, hoping my neighbors forgive me for giving away the details that make this property SO ELITE! First, It begins with the superior management team of Melissa and Sammi G. Managing of this property, staff, vendors, residents, and constant events takes a level of love for ones job, AND it shows thru to the residents daily. Their professionalism, care, knowledge, and creativity of a 55+ community and its needs/wants keeps residents safe, joyful, and in touch (as much or as little as each resident feels). This leads to the second secret here...the residents. This property vibrates with POSITIVITY and goodness! Brought by the residents and staff together. It is an excellent environment full of respect, love, and pride. Third and final secret is the OUTSTANDING maintenance/property team of Ray, Mike and Juan. These individuals are by far the best maintenance professionals period. They get the job done right the first time, understand and identify potential future needs, educate/clarify for residents' safety and care. This team of maintenance professionals care for the property and residents as a whole and work daily with management to help fill gaps and voids assisting management with all property needs. This is unlike any maintenance individual expectation. And those superstars listed above know, how above and beyond they go on each call teaming up with a piece of resident care. RESPECT IS FELT AND NOT TAKEN FOR GRANTED WHEN SERVICING ONES APARTMENT! World-class property and people!
- LELegacy EncoreNov 17, 20255.0This place is great! My mother lives here and loves her life. She always has something to do like water aerobics, card games, bingo, and even movies! Sammi and Melissa in the office are so sweet and take time to know the families, not just the people who live there. Whenever something is needed in the house, the maintenance team is always there. Ray, Mike and Juan are so helpful and quick. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to turn 55 myself to move in!
