- GGGary GearhartNov 24, 20201.0Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. We applied to refinance our home on September 18th. We were suppose to go to closing next week. Today I get a text message saying that we have to pay $35,000 at closing to pay off our solar panels or the loan is dead. Mind you they were told about the solar panels months ago and assured us it wouldn't be a problem. I recommend that you run from Wells Fargo quickly as possible. Obviously Dermin doesn't have a clue what he is doing. The title company changed without our knowledge. We were told all along that the solar panels were no problem. Managers also don't return voicemail. If you have a problem and trust me you will no one from management will call you back for days. I can't recommend to you to not waste your time and money in Wells Fargo. I certainly have learned my lesson.
