  I worked with Kenny during my first time home buying process and from the moment we had our first conversation over the phone, I knew that not only was Bliss Mortgage a company I wanted to work with, Kenny was someone I could trust. As a first time homebuyer, my fiancée and I were very stressed as this was a new process for us and we simply didn’t know the right questions to ask or what to look for. Kenny guided us in the right direction every step of the way. Not only was he playing the role of a mortgage broker, he was also our friend. He ensured that we knew the details of everything that was needed, calmed us down when things were hectic, and made sure that we were prepared and doing well not only as clients but as people.   When I started the process of buying my home Erick Knowles @ Bliss mortgage came highly recommended by many. Erick made my entire home buying experience as smooth and stress free as it gets. Never at one point through the entire process did I not Know the current status of my approval, closing details, expectations, etc. Erick and Bliss also made it possible for me to close on my home in less than 20 days which worked perfectly for my situation. Working with Erick was a pleasure and I would recommend him in a heartbeat to any friends and family. Thanks again Bliss Mortgage and Mr. Knowles!
