  I contacted Nadine in the Promenade Leasing office regarding a maintenance requests. I was pleasantly surprised that she responded very quickly and the the maintenance guys were at my door within minutes ( and it was not an emergency). They came in and took care of ours needs promptly and professionally. Nadine Rocks !! I would also like to provide a shoutout to the Maintenance Crew. Trey, Mark, and Phillipe are always friendly, responsive, and very good at what they do day in and day out. Thanks to all.

  Where do I start? The apartment I lived in was nice, however, when I signed it was managed so well I never had a complaint. New management took over in April of 2025 and everything took a toll. The new management is a joke. Nicole, the head of management, is so rude and everyone else suffers because of her leadership. I’ve been in the office and witnessed them talking bad about residents while I waited to be helped. The management team is nasty and while I was talking to them to renew my lease I was shut out of Nicole’s office and she wouldn’t even talk to me. I was giving my note to resign weeks late and they wanted to try and charge me money for being late on telling them I was not resigning with them. They then only gave me four days to decide if I am renewing. I had an agreement with the old management that the wifi bill would not be added since I get it for free through my work. If you get any discount with spectrum wifi DO NOT SIGN HERE, because they try to trick you into a lease where you will have to pay $85 a month for the service even though I got it for free though my job. The pool is always dirty. There is constant trash left out all over the community. They have no active cameras so I have had multiple packages stolen and I have asked Nicole about that and she dismisses me saying the cameras are just for show. The parking is a nightmare you pay to park but it’s a free for all so if you work late you more and likely won’t get to park by your apartment. The lighting at night is terrible. Nicole is the worst person I have ever had to work with if you sign here you WILL regret it.

  Best tour experience from the whole team! You can tell that the management really cares about the community and the residents! I just moved in and as long as management stays I dont plan on leaving ever! The location is wonderful so close to downtown st pete and the st pete pier! Also there are running and walking trails nearby! I also love the huge playground a pet park! Not to mention my new apartment is FULLY renovated! My new apartment has new flooring vinyl lank, new kitchen with beautiful backsplash and stainless steel appliances, in house washer and dryer, and HUGE bedrooms! I can go on and on and on!!! Thank you Promenade Carillon Team!

  Living at Promenade at Carillon has been nothing short of a nightmare. Almost all of my packages have been stolen because the package lockers don’t work, and when I asked about cameras, the office staff told me point-blank that the cameras are just for show and don’t even work. That alone should tell you everything. They force you to overpay for internet. Even though I previously lived here under old management and had an exception because my employer provides free internet, the new management refuses to honor that and still charges you. It’s just a money grab. The raccoon problem is completely out of control. Maintenance barely does their job—everything is a half-assed fix at best. The valet trash service is a joke. They skip buildings, never pick up on time, and you’re paying for a service that doesn’t actually happen. Parking is another disaster. You pay for parking but can never park near your own building because there aren’t enough spots, and visitors constantly take resident spaces. This place has gone downhill fast under the new management. Between stolen packages, useless “security,” overpriced mandatory internet, pests, trash service that doesn’t work, and parking chaos, I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.

  Mark and Felipe did a great job fixing my washer and dryer. They were quick, professional, and got everything running smoothly again.
