- KBKelly BurkeDec 17, 20251.0Misleading information and false advertising. It says right on their website that they have first months free rent and when I spoke to Lisa she said they don’t have any specials. Wouldn’t give me a straight answer when I called her out.
- TCTeka ChanceNov 29, 20251.0DO NOT RENT FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX! THIS IS A MONEY GRIFTING ALONG WITH THE CONTRACTED TOWING COMPANY COMMTOW. THEY STOLE MY CAR OUT OF THE RESERVED SPOT I PAY FOR HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR SONCE 2016! YES THERES A PARKING DECAL ON MY CAR I WAS NOT ILLEGALLY PARKED AND I WAS TOLD BY BOTH THE COMPLEX AND THE TOW COMPANY THERE WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. I HAD TO PAY 500$ TO GET MY CAR BACK. IVE WAS GIVEN THE REASON FOR THE TOW MY TAG NUMBER WAS CHANGED, BUT THE CAR MAKE AND MODEL AND DECAL NUMBER WAS THE SAME. THEY GRIFT AND SQEEZE EVERY DOLLAR OUT OF YOU AND FIX NOTHING. IM STILL LIVING WITH THE HOLES ON THE WALLS AND CEILING FROM THE HURRICANES. I ASK TO MOVE TO A NEW UNIT AND WAS TOLD NO! IVE HAD IT WITH PAYING 2000 PLUS TO BE TREATED WITH NO EMPATHY. MANAGEMENT SUCKS! MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE BOTTOM LINE. THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR. IRS A ZERO FOR ME. IT MAKES YOU PUT A STAR TO POST THIS PLACE SUCKS

I spoke to Sarely, and I have to say her customer service was outstanding. She gave me all the info that I needed, was patient, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. I also got the chance to meet Kelly, and Sam the manager. They all make a great team. I will definitely be looking into leasing one of their apartments once my current lease is up

After dealing with months of poor management, things have truly turned around since Samantha stepped in as property manager. She is attentive, caring, and genuinely committed to making this community better. Thanks to her leadership, everything has improved so much. The ladies in the office are incredibly welcoming and make sure every concern is addressed and resolved. This is honestly the best team Flagler Pointe has had, and I really had to come on here and express my appreciation. Thank you all for the positive change—you’ve made a huge difference.
