  I just wanted to take a moment to share how thankful I am for Samantha and the entire team at Flagler Pointe. After dealing with months of poor management, things have truly turned around since Samantha stepped in as property manager. She is attentive, caring, and genuinely committed to making this community better. Thanks to her leadership, everything has improved so much. The ladies in the office are incredibly welcoming and make sure every concern is addressed and resolved. This is honestly the best team Flagler Pointe has had, and I really had to come on here and express my appreciation. Thank you all for the positive change—you’ve made a huge difference.

  The staff is truly wonderful! A huge shoutout to the office crew—Samantha, Kellie, and my dear friend Sarely. Thank you all for diligently handling every request I’ve made, from scheduling appointments to assisting with paperwork, and for making me feel truly at home during each visit. This place wouldn't run as smoothly without your dedication and hard work, and I genuinely appreciate all that you do to create such a welcoming environment.

  Quiet place to stay, if that's all you're looking for great! None of the amenities ever work though, and they'll make you feel like a burden for wanted them fixed. Do not stay here, not worth the "luxury" prices they want to charge. Changes to one star now, recently apartment changes laundry machines and doubled the prices of the washer and dryer. It's now over $5, from $3 before per load. Outrageous and greedy.

  I lived here for 3.5 years from 2021 to 2024. I had a very good experience. Maintenance always promptly handled my requests and the office staff was very friendly unhelpful. The apartments were decent and the grounds were well kept. I am having the opposite experience in my new apartment complex in another state and it really makes me appreciate Flagler Pointe once again!

  I want to preface this review by stating that the staff such as Tony, Derek, Sam have five stars from me, as they are true professionals and this is not a reflection on them. Attn upper management - I have lived here since 2021 and prior to green home management taking over have really enjoyed living here. I resigned an 18 month lease last October and now I'm stuck but I will not be renewing my lease because of what has played out since I moved into my elite unit (very expensive move for a single income earner). I regret it daily. There are four pools at this complex. The pool by the office is picture perfect so they can show that pool to new tenant prospects but ALL THREE OTHER POOLS have been completely non operational for almost an entire year. Theres no communication, no accountability, just excuse after excuse (new filter coming, ordered, health department, pool service company, etc) The dog park is not usable or safe- fencing is broken, rusty, safety hazard. The two amenities that would make a $1700+ rent payment tolerable. They JUST DONT CARE. They (upper management) just takes the money and doesn't care about anything. And you can see the lack of leadership, accountability, and lack of concern pouring into long term loyal tenants and their staff. Terrible. Willing to update my review/reconsider my upcoming renewal once real changes are made. Zero stars for now.
