Dave Holt stopped answering and responding to my messages after I requested a refund. I only received my refund after going to the office in person, where I was well attended to by the woman. I became interested in another house in their portfolio, and I'm simply being ignored by phone and message! Zero professionalism. Oh, and the BoomPay app, where you create an application with them, offers no support whatsoever; everything is in the hands of PMI, and you depend on their goodwill and good faith for everything.
