    This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived at! The maintenance is so fast and efficient and the management is amazing. Laurie in the front office helped me so much while through a difficult time and has such a lovely, warm personality. The apartments are clean and I feel safe! The amenities are great too. I love Beneva Place!

    I would like to comment on my experience with renting an apartment for my daughter. From the very first phone call to the moving in date, the process could not have been smoother. Kendal Kurtz has been amazing! She has taken care of every detail and responded immediately to any questions we have had. She has provided us with total support while being professional as well as friendly. I am so grateful to have someone of her caliber to work with and feel that my daughter will be safe and comfortable with someone as competent as Kendal to contact when she needs help.
