  As a licensed Florida contractor I was not only busy in 2019, after Hurricane Michael, but also in need of a 1031 on an investment property. Paige was able to quickly locate an exceptional property as well as a convenient location for me to purchase. She was completely familiar with the 1031 process and made sure that every box was checked from contract to closing. I have purchased an additional rental property since and would unconditionally recommend her for any Real Estate transaction that you may be considering. 5 Stars!

  When done properly, the search for real estate matches the buyer with their needs in a property. When buying, Paige will listen to your needs and requirements to find the property that fits you. She will not waste time viewing properties simply because they have been on the market for a long time and need to move. When selling, she will use her networks and contacts to find the right buyer. You can expect her to answer the phone when you call, clear communications, and establishing expectations. Whether buying or selling, Paige will take care of you. 5 Stars.
