I lived here for a few years, I despise moving. The grounds are decent they turned off the fountains a while back and now all you have is stagnant water and ugly pipes in the front, but decent. I was quiet and signed up for auto payments, so my rent was always on time and I never missed one except for the time they updated their system and their system dropped me off, which they did admit to.
There are some problems with getting maintenance due to a high turn over rate. They do in fact try to work on problems but it can cause some confusion.
I am moving out, I gave them 2 months notice. I asked if my rent would be prorated their system automatically removed the full month from my account. They have worked with me in order to get me a refund up to and including getting upper management involved.
Over all not the best experience but they are trying to do well and improve.

Jameilla and Ariana gave me an amazing experience. The move-in process was smooth, and the leasing staff were friendly and helpful from day one.
In my unit the finishes are clean
The location is also a strong plus: it’s within easy reach of [mention nearby amenities, e.g., transit, grocery store, parks], making daily errands convenient. I also feel safe in the community, and the on-site staff are responsive and respectful.

Do not move here. I’ve lived here for about 18 months and the first year of my lease was good. I had several months where I dealt with a poorly working A/C unit but eventually the then property manager had it replaced and after that no more problems. I had wonderful neighbors and we were respectful of each other.
Shortly after signing my lease for my second year they moved in the tenant underneath me and I’ve had nothing but major noise issues since then. I’ve never had problems with a neighbor before least of all noise issues from the tenant on the first floor. It started with loud music( so loud I couldn’t hear my own TV). It took months for them to formally address the issue(after several calls to the police due to music at night and us talking to the tenant who was hostile) by sending a formal notice to all the tenants in the building to be respectful of their neighbors and mind how much noise they create. That helped. However now the neighbors dog(a cute little puppy) is howling and whining whenever the tenant leaves. It happens during the day and middle of the night, whenever it is left alone. Today it’s been happening for HOURS. And it’s loud and as the weeks go by and it gets bigger it’s getting louder. I’ve tried addressing it with the front office so they could make the tenant aware and hopefully work with the puppy. I had spoken with Ariana who seems to want to address the issue however when she was out of the office and I spoke with Jamelia she was dismissive and confrontational so much so that I had to ask her to let me finish my sentences. She was rude and condescending and overall left me feeling as though I shouldn’t bother them with any concerns.
Her solution to this issue was a unit transfer. That’s not a solution, I could pay to move to another unit(she said they would not assist with the move) and potentially be moving into a worse situation that they still won’t address.
The front office is great at moving people in but not at resolving issues that their tenants have. The only reason I’ve given this place 2 stars is because the maintenance staff has been wonderful. They’ve been thorough and quick to respond and very professional. They even came back to check and make sure I had no further issues after they fixed an electrical problem.
Also I wish I had checked on the property management company Priderock or I never would have moved here. Their ratings are terrible. Now it seems as if I just have to deal with this disturbance until I’m able to move from the complex.

The apartment itself is beautiful, but living here has been extremely frustrating. Shortly after moving in, I discovered a serious German roach problem. Management says they can only spray nine units per week, which means the issue never truly goes away. Residents are charged a $7 pest control fee, yet service is inconsistent … sometimes only once or twice a month and feels ineffective.. almost like they’re spraying water. The exterminator even asks ME where to spray, instead of thoroughly treating the unit. Out of desperation, I’ve spent my own money on sprays, gels, powders, and traps just to get some relief. The infestation has been overwhelming, even spreading to my car, which was humiliating and distressing. It has taken a toll on my mental health, and I often don’t even want to be at home.
While my efforts have helped temporarily, the roaches always come back, and the situation remains both frustrating and costly. This is more than just an inconvenience .. it’s a serious health concern, especially with young children in the home. I truly wish management would take this issue more seriously. EDIT TO ADD: I’m very disappointed with how poorly maintenance issues are handled here. The bathtub in our apartment was “refinished,” but the coating is now peeling badly and giving off a strong chemical smell. It’s so bad that we can’t even use the shower, which has made things extremely inconvenient..especially since we only have one other bathroom. I submitted a maintenance request, and someone came out saying we’d “hear from someone soon,” but it’s been almost a week with zero updates..no email, no call, nothing. It’s frustrating and unacceptable that something that affects our ability to bathe hasn’t been taken seriously or resolved. Residents deserve better communication and faster responses for issues that directly affect daily living.
