  I lived here for over 7 years. At first it wasn't great but for the price it was acceptable. The property recently sold to a new management company and everything went down hill fast. This past summer we were all facing water shut off because they were collecting money from the tenants for the water bill but not paying the city. Last month I had to vacate in a weeks time because the Fire Marshal posted a notice of no occupancy on my door because apparently the fire alarm system had been broken for over 4 months with no notice of the issue given to the tenants. Add to all this that the pools are condemned by the health department, there are potholes over 1 foot deep all over the parking lot that have been present for years, good luck reaching the office because they don't have power, the dumpster is frequently overflowing, the lights in the hallways were out for months due to past due electric bills which is a safety hazard on many levels. Awful place, awful management, avoid at all cost. I found a bigger nicer apartment with a second bedroom in a neighboring complex for about $100 more a month. Google "the Morgan apt complex news" and you'll see multiple times that we were on all the local news channels for various issues! To the owners, you all should be ashamed of yourself's for how you treat your fellow human beings!

  My son received a Notice of Lease Termination 12/10/2025. It is not the termination that concerns me; in fact my husband and I wanted him to move since our visit, but it is how the termination letter is written. The letter is not a true representation of what occurred. My son offered the property manager (PM) the police Subject Charge Report, but he was told that it was “too late.” The PM would not allow my son to provide a written statement and as stated earlier, the PM displayed no interest in the actual police report. He has been given seven (7) days to vacate the property (12/17/25) using a false statement for the reason for the termination. The person who fired the gun remains a tenant of whom I believe provided the PM with the false statement. He has not been told when he will be reimbursed the two remaining weeks in December or the security deposit. I am bringing this to your attention because PM has not returned my call.

  Lovely green pool with threats of being evicted because owners dont pay the bills.

  Horrible, Had to break my lease due to hurricane damage not being fixed. Redoing the roofing but not entering apartment for the inside roofing to be repaired, Pest and Rodents. Paying for a “ pool view “ but view was a green swamp that the alligator could enjoy if wanted. Our Stairs was black by the city due to the structure damage. See all this go down and seeing how they stole money from us but want us to come to agreement for lease termination is WILD! Do not move, or even do business here. Only person is office that tried her best was Ms.Kathy and its so much she could do!
