Solid construction, floor plan was perfect for our needs. Veranda Gardens has a lovely community atmosphere, people are genuinely invested in making it a secure, safe and family oriented place to live. Landscaping service is mediocre but aside from that I'd highly recommend.

Using a company called Heritage Tile's that is responsible for the craftsmanship - Divosta's Downfall is continuing to use a company that does substandard work and disrupts the lives of its homeowners
