Couldn't be happier! Moved from NJ a year ago and haven't looked back. Our house was one of the last to be built so was new when we moved in. Solid construction, floor plan was perfect for our needs. Veranda Gardens has a lovely community atmosphere, people are genuinely invested in making it a secure, safe and family oriented place to live. Landscaping service is mediocre but aside from that I'd highly recommend.

First they build a substandard house, and then they take two tries to repair an entire master shower floor, mess it up even further and then after rescheduling the entire family's life to accommodate the third round of repairs, they failed to show up at the last minute. Using a company called Heritage Tile's that is responsible for the craftsmanship - Divosta's Downfall is continuing to use a company that does substandard work and disrupts the lives of its homeowners
