That was November, it’s now January and still no refund and no one has bothered to call or resolve this problem. I guess they just pocket the money.

Maintenance was always on point and there within the day to fix any issues if there were any with the apartments as well. The apartments were clean and the community was also great as well!

This wasn’t an emergency move, yet the staff treated it with urgency, professionalism, and genuine care. As a 100% disabled veteran, I truly appreciate how they went above and beyond for me — showing multiple units, answering every question, and making sure I was comfortable with my choice. The team acted quickly, communicated clearly, and made the entire transition smooth. I’m very grateful for the level of respect, patience, and support I received. Excellent work by everyone involved.
- CCColeSep 17, 20255.0I only lived here for a year, but I really enjoyed my time. The ladies in the office are extremely nice & helpful. I had a few maintenance requests during my lease & they were all handled quickly & efficiently. I would say the only reoccurring issue is the gates. They are wide open 90% of the time. I liked the security of living in a gated community, & I was a little annoyed with how they were always open, but it wasn't the end of the world. The move-in & move-out process was the easiest that I've ever done. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a luxurious "home."
