- BGBrittany GaughanDec 28, 20254.0I stopped in for a scheduled tour on Saturday & needed to come add that Cehyanne was FANTASTIC. She was punctual, excitedly awaiting my arrival, she was prepared, organized, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, personable. A real joy. Apartment searching has been a pain! I’ve been doing a lot of it & have not run in to ANY of that on ANY of my other tours. When an apartment office is easy to communicate with & organized it makes all the difference & is a huge thing I look for now before calling somewhere home. The only bummer is they FORCE you to have an $83 media package. Which is a luxury that is not necessary when people are barely scraping by to give their children their own rooms.

Maintenance is very prompt at responding to repair orders as they come in!! The rent is very reasonable for our 3 bedroom. I love the location of the property it is surrounded by many different stores which makes it very convenient! My family definitely feels safe living here!!

While I was living there we were without a/c in 98 degree weather for 6 months with a premmie and three year old one of them became so hot they developed a heat stroke had to go to the hospital. When I first moved in everything was dirty and the appliances barely worked, i should sue these people.
