- MPMarika PetroApr 14, 20201.0First and Last time I will every use Riverwood Realty Rentals (RRR)!!! Never Again! They are quick to take your money and not in any hurry to hold up to their end of the bargain (caring for your unit). Landlords / Owners BEWARE! As an owner I used Riverwood Realty Rentals (RRR) for the first time this winter, all went well in the beginning, they found me a tenant quickly and all seemed well. However when the tenants left they had damaged the carpet in the master bedroom. I alerted RRR to this, they had no idea as they do not do walk-throughs after tenants leave. I sent them pictures of the damage, they sent in their own cleaning people despite my request to have professionals come in take care of the multitude of stains. The quality of the cleaning is terrible! Crumbs, hairs, dirt, broken dish pieces left even after they cleaned. It took them three tries to bring the condo back to a reasonably clean level. Despite complaints they DO NOT act. They just put off, delay and defer. I would NOT recommend RRR to anyone as a renter or an owner
- SMSandra McCoyJul 21, 20181.0This place will rent you anything and charge a lot for it. We rented from them in Winter of 2018. We were told the place was beautiful. It was far from it. Carpets were filthy and we had a hard time getting even a piece of them cleaned. No iron. One set of sheets, a vacuum that didn’t work, bad kitchen ware, crummy linen and top prices charged with no help to remedy the problems. Be cautious when renting here.
