  We hired Gus Bergamini after he sold a nearby house in our neighborhood for an above-market price. Gus exceeded our expectations. He took high quality photos and videos and marketed the property through a number of different social media channels. Gus communicated with us every step of the way - even answering the phone late at night if we called. He never put a realtor key box on the door for realtors to view the home on their own either. Instead, Gus or his team member Mario attended every showing so they could use their vast knowledge, experience and sales techniques to help sell potential buyers. They always arrived early to ensure lighting and blinds were where they should be in every room. The result: 11 showings and 6 offers, 3 at full asking price, allowing us to purchase the next property we wanted. I would highly recommend Gus if you are buying or selling your home.   After 3 years of searching for a second home in Florida with no success in finding a competent Real Estate Agent who was available to help us we were Blessed to have found Gus Bergamini. He was so helpful from first contact. He is Patient,Trustworthy, Hardworking, and EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE in his field. Gus immediately qualified our needs and regularly sent us the best listings that we could review. Because we live in NY and didn’t know when we would be in Florida it was always with very little notice or last minute that I would call Gus to get an appointment for us to see a condo and he NEVER FAILED TO SECURE A VIEWING FOR US .
