Madilyn and Tessa in the leasing office are amazing, super attentive, and I love the consistent "check-in" texts to ensure your residency is going well. This location of this apartment complex is amazing, really quiet area, affordable, and very fun activities hosted by the leasing office members. Could not recommend this place enough.

The community is always hosting fun events that keep things exciting and make it feel fresh and welcoming. And a special shoutout to Charlie from the maintenance team—he’s always so helpful and does an amazing job taking care of the pool. Truly appreciate him!

She always goes above and beyond to make sure residents and guests are taken care of. One time, Madi even helped my friend carry in some big packages when it was pouring rain, such a small thing, but it really showed how much she cares! You can tell The Quinn puts so much time and effort into keeping their grounds beautiful and their community running smoothly. I even started following their reels because I love seeing all the fun updates and behind-the-scenes moments. Such a great place with an amazing team!

Especially the serene pool area, and the tons of gym equipment. But the reality is that this complex was built fast, and it shows. Corners were clearly cut during construction and it impacts day-to-day living: - Huge gaps under doors, making it impossible not to hear everything in the hallway - Sloppy paint and finishes - A ‘gated community’ where the gates are never closed - Trash compactor that overflows often It’s frustrating, because the staff and location deserve better than the poor build quality. Until those issues are fixed, it feels like residents aren’t getting the value they were promised.
