  DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!! I Repeat RUN!!! Community Director very unprofessional. Apartment has flooded twice, roaches like hell. It’s not worth it.

  Lived here from 2022-2024. Ended up doing an early termination due to needing more space and just being tired of living here. Management made multiple mistakes as far as trying to charge late fees when rent was paid in advance or on time. Happened on multiple occasions. Also mixed up their tenants history. You pay for “amenities” which is really just the washer and dryer room but they NEVER worked ! My apartment flooded in 2023 due to a bursted underground pipe and they were less than concerned about being any help and only took $50 of rent even though we had to relocate and our belongings suffered damage. Terminated lease this year and it was handled horribly. They ended up switching management right after we left which resulted in my payment getting lost. They didn’t even have it on record that I had moved out so they tried to charge me rent and a late fee even though I wasn’t living there! They still have unexplained fees and charges in my history as of right now that I’m having to handle and figure out. All around worst experience with a property management and I’m not the only resident who will say, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

  LOVE IT HERE!! just moved in this week everything went smooth very clean !! And quiet neighborhood moving process was smooth and easy leasing agents were very prompt and helpful along the process

  I won’t lie I was extremely nervous when I first heard that we were under new management at the Steeplechase. Not only did they actually show up and show face on the actual grounds unlike the recent management but they actually came and spoke with some of the residents just to get to know some of us. They’ve only been managing for maybe a month? And you can already tell a dramatic change. The new manager Mr. Michael Healy is hands down one of the best managers (property wise) that I’ve ever met. HE works overtime walking around our apartments making sure things are done and residents are happy. When we were under older management not once in the entire year and a half that I’ve lived here did I see them on the actual apartment complex site. But that’s the complete opposite when it comes to Michael. If I have any questions whatsoever he’s always there to help me. And one of the biggest things that change that I absolutely love is the fact that we actually truly have a good maintenance team. Before he became a manager maintenance was pretty much nonexistent therefore I had to do all the maintenance myself but within the past two weeks I’ve had at least on four different occasions maintenance people check in with me just to make sure everything was good and working well at my apartment. All I can say is I really look forward to what’s in store for these apartments. They deserve a new Transformation and I most definitely believe they will get it with him as our new property manager.
