Sarah is super helpful and very easy to communicate with! I have no problem reaching out to her with any issues. Everything is handled within a timely manner.
- PMPerfect Performance MoversApr 1, 20241.0Looks Can Be Very Deceiving! The Palmiere Apt shouldn’t be leasing these nasty mold infested/roach infested Apts to anybody! I stayed 7 months here very bad experience the whole stay! For my first Month the hot water didn’t work took maintenance a whole month to fix it! In November my heater didn’t work took a whole month to fix that problem and whenever they finally fixed it i was expose to mold causing me to stay sick every time i would run the Heater unit i started getting bad headaches and throwing up. I reported the Mold to Ms.Kara the property manager and she didn’t want to fix the mold problem the correct way and Never Fixed the problem. I hire a mold specialist he came and swab the unit. The results came back as different molds in the apt. If you’re desperate for a place to stay than this is the place for you! If Not STAY AWAY from these apts they are definitely not worth the price 1400 and up ,you can live in NAVARRE or Panama City Beach in the brand new apts for that Price! 1,400 a month to live with Roaches isn’t worth it!! Even after pest control sprayed the unit the roaches were still coming out the walls because the unit is infested with mold and roaches. And Roaches love moisture so until they Fix the mold problem the Correct WAY there Apts will always have Roach Problems. The property Manager Ms.Kara didn’t care at all to Fix the mold.

Went to view to apartments multiple and they were not what they are them out to be. The management is never in office, very narrow parking lot with limited parking spaces with a big tree in the middle taking up a lot of room, trash on the ground, dumpster overflowing with trash, leaves piled all around apartments, stopped up drain sewers, unstable apartment prices and old laundry room.
