They told me they put in the maintenance order. Well, 2 weeks later I go up there to ask for update, turns out they didn’t even put in the work order the first time I went up there! They told me they ordered a part for it, but then a week later, I have the office employees asking if it was my washer or dryer that was broken! How can you tell me you ordered a part for something when you don’t know what’s broken??? Horrible!
