From the moment I signed up for the waiting list, I received assistance from Margaret, who made me feel right at home immediately. Throughout the entire process of updating documents and signing the lease, Margaret, Tamara, and the incredibly kind and always helpful woman who coordinates the apartment cleaning (to whom I apologize for not remembering her name) made everything so easy and pleasant. Last but not least, Mariela, the Office Manager, truly stands out. She always has an open-door policy for residents, and thanks to her, I received the best birthday and Christmas present: my move to Portofino Apartments. Thank you so much to all of the amazing staff for their support, kindness, and professionalism. I am truly happy to call Portofino my new home.

These apartments are roach infested, and the maintenance team spends more time riding around in golf carts chatting than actually fixing anything. I went months without a working washer or dryer, and management didn’t seem to care. The new manager, Mariela has no idea how to run this place the property is unorganized, staff do whatever they want, and the community has gone downhill fast. If you still decide to move in, check everything and take pictures — you’ll thank yourself later. They should honestly bring the old manager (karisa) back at least things used to get done.
