  I receive a text from this company letting me know that the two listings are available and that I need to go into the office for more details. I get there and call the phone number and no one answers, so I continue and enter the building and try to find the way. Al makes you fill out a paper with your basic info, and a few locations you’d like. He sends them all via text message. I had two specific locations I was interested in, which was the reason I went in and never had them sent to me even when we looked at them, odd. I tried to ask Al specific questions about moving but he said he couldn’t answer them because he can’t “make a promise he can’t keep”. Al says that once everything is submitted that the landlord or association either approves or denies 48-72 hours.. I did my research and can’t find Pamela as a licensed realtor in the state of Florida. Watch your back and don’t get scammed.

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ,GAS ,OR $125. They’re the absolute slowest non communicating company to work with. You ask about a property they say of course it’s available just to get you down there. When you get there Alan txt the properties to your phone. You have to ride around and look at the OUTSIDE of the buildings yourself and most of the properties are gated communities. Which Alan doesn’t provide the codes to enter the facilities. Once you look at the properties you have to drive back there fill out a fake application and then he tells you to bring it back with $125 money order(so you can’t dispute with your bank because he knows he’s not going to help you so he has a free $125) they have you write a stupid paragraph about you and your family and two addresses of the properties you like.They tell you it will be a weeks processing time to even know what’s going on. Then a week later they tell you the owner didn’t accept your offer and you start the process of getting a new list and giving two addresses all over again so waiting on them you won’t possibly move for a year.It’s been one month And I have accomplished absolutely nothing with them, And If you have A VOUCHER YOU CAN FORGET IT

  Scam.do not give these people your 125 dollars .they will not find you some where to live. Scam.

  I really want to give a 1000 stars for this amazing company and all their staff I am more than grateful for the incredible and professional service that they provided me. They are very nice very caring very honest and very efficient. My Realtor was AL and Pamela they went above and beyond to help me find a place fast because I had to move quick and she did an amazing job not only professionally but in a very friendly way. I recommend this company without a doubt and I hope in the future to be buying a house with their help. Thank you AL, Pamela, and George!

  This company is horrible. The communication is horrible i went to the office Alan mislead me told me to look over the properties and give him a call on the places i was interested i called for a whole week and left messages alan never returned my calls or my texts messages. I had to call off a different number for alan to pick up. He rushed me off the phone and said he is with a client. I mentioned to alan that i had to move asap and i have kids. This man and company is very unprofessional we gave $150 to him a year ago to find a place and he never found me and my family a place. Alan wanted to charge another $150 after he never found a place originally. Alan is very rude he told me he didn't want to give his service to me and my family because i called him and told him that he is unprofessional and thats not how you run a business by ignoring people calls and text messages .
