It’s a perfect distance away from UCF, the buses are always on time, and it is overall a friendly environment. Most importantly, I would like to highlight my favorite staff member, Danielle! She made the moving in process so easy and pleasant. My needs and concerns were prioritized and she dedicated her time, energy, and put in so much effort to make sure everything went smoothly. Truly went above and beyond. She is always present, active, and quick to help. The absolute sweetest, so easy to talk to! 😊
- MMMANNYNov 11, 20254.0The apartment complex is very close to UCF and has shuttle to and from the school. Very convenient for students. The facility is good with a clubhouse for activities such as fitness, recreation, study tables and computer room. The apartments vary from 4 bedrooms to studios. As with any complex, there are always issues such as maintenance, cleanliness and neighbors. The key is to keep your home clean and advice management if there are issues. The management tries to assist as much as possible. It is best exemplified by Danielle, who works at the leasing office. I see that she tries to help the residents to her best ability. Danielle is professional and courteous, which is very comforting for a resident knowing you have someone from management tending to their needs. Overall, a decent place.
