Pros -Staff/Maintenance: everyone is so friendly, and the few maintenance issues I had were taken care of right away. -Renovated apartment with a perfect layout. I love that my apartment had a den! -Location! So close to 417, walking distance to grocery, short drive to shopping and restaurants -Spent SO many hours at the pool! Love that there are two pools, it never got too busy. Cons -Noise: Right off JYP so the traffic is loud. The walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors chatting/baby crying at night. -Lots of neighbors don't pick up their dog poop. I also had three run-ins with neighbors' off-leash dogs while I was walking my own dogs, which is always scary. -Flooding/mud: after big rains it gets very muddy around the complex, and the mowers drag mud all over the sidewalks. My dogs needed full baths sometimes after a short walk. Overall loved the place and I'd live here again if I could!

The "renovations" are just applicable to the kitchen counters, but its what they sell. You wont know about the roaches and spiders and the breaking appliances until when you're assigned your apartment. Read all of the rewiews before you decide to come here.
- OHOdane HallNov 4, 20251.0I would not recommend this property to anyone. During my 12 months here, I experienced several recurring issues that made living conditions very uncomfortable. Turning on the heat would trigger the fire alarm, and the air conditioning unit leaked whenever it was set to 75 degrees. Although management charges a monthly pest control fee, I frequently encountered roaches throughout my stay. the maintenance person suggested I “make the room cold” to drive them away — not exactly a practical solution. Each morning, when cooking breakfast, the fire alarm would go off as soon as I turned on the stove. The blinds were old and brittle, breaking with even light contact. Overall, my experience here was disappointing, and I would strongly encourage others to consider different housing options.

They are all good from the office personnel to the maintenance staff. One particular staff member who I deal with the most and is always attentive to my requests is Mara, she’s a sweetheart and a valuable asset to making sure things get done right the first time.
