  We are loving living here in Concorde. It's very clean, very pleasant and leafy, very quiet, the pool area is wonderful and the events are great too.

  Absolutely the worst living experience I’ve ever had. This so-called “luxury” apartment complex turned out to be a complete nightmare, to the point that I was forced to move out early for the sake of my health. And despite all the issues I reported to management, they still want to charge me almost $5,000 for breaking the lease. Completely unacceptable and unethical. Here are just some of the major problems I experienced: 1. Mold growing inside the closets, sticking to my clothes, causing skin rashes, and leaving a horrible smell on everything. It is disgusting. Management conducted an inspection that “supposedly” came back negative, yet both I and my neighbors have the same problem. I even did my own test, and the mold is very obvious. 2. A cockroach infestation in the kitchen and bathrooms, coming out of the drains. No matter how clean you keep the apartment, they keep appearing. 3. A constant invasion of repulsive worms throughout the building and inside the apartments. Imagine waking up every morning and having to remove at least 15 of these worms inside your home. It’s a nightmare. This is extremely unsafe, especially for families with small children. These worms are everywhere. 4. A disgusting invasion of millipedes/centipedes inside the closets, cabinets, and bathrooms. It is truly revolting and unacceptable. 5. The common areas, especially the hallways, are always dirty. Floors, walls, everything constantly looks neglected. For the amount we pay here, this is ridiculous. I was paying $2,500/month for a complex that is far from “luxury.” 6. The entire community smells like sewage. In certain areas, the odor is so strong that it literally makes you gag. It’s like standing over a septic tank. Completely unbearable and embarrassing for a property that claims to be upscale. Overall, this apartment complex is overpriced, poorly managed, unsanitary, and unsafe. I would never recommend anyone to live here. Save yourself the stress, money, and health issues. This place needs serious attention from management — or from the authorities — because the conditions are unacceptable.

  After living in 5 different apartments for 5 years, we are renewing our lease here because we love it so much. The community and location is amazing and everyone in the neighborhood is so kind and welcoming. Every single person we have spoken to has been so friendly. The front office staff is very helpful and understanding and Nersida especially is the best! Since the day we toured, she has always been there for whatever we need and has gone out of her way to see how we are doing. The maintenance workers are amazing and truly so helpful and kind. Every single day they have a smile on their face and greet everyone in the neighborhood. All the amenities are very nice and well kept, and the walking paths inside and outside the neighborhood are great. We’ve never had any real problems with our apartment and it feels very clean and new. This is truly an amazing place!!

  I’m glad i moved here . God found this place for us . Want to say that I’m so grateful for the management here,the ladies in the office are so kind and helpful .they proved best service . Always in touch .in time . The moving and application was so easy , the process was smooth and nice ,I’m so thankful . Also living here is absolutely pleasure for me ,the community itself ,the amenities are clean and sparkly , modern and innovative . The pool area and house club are amazing. The apartment itself also very comfortable to live in and the people in the building are easy to live with ,no problems,no noise,I love it here . Besides that the area is so nice ,walkable to supermarkets and shops, love that it’s surrounded by the nature , it’s a lot of pathway to take a walk or run . Very safe area to walk even at evenings and nights . All the things that you need it’s right in the corner . Again if you are thinking to move to lake Nona area,I highly suggest this community ,because I checked a lot of apartments around And this if for me the best , the price , the comfort, the luxury part,the convenience and it’s just pleasure that everyone is nice and everything is close .

  The move in process was so easy. I toured the property about a month prior and knew that this would be the place to call home. The apartment is beautiful with amazing features. The amenities look beautiful. Overall, my expectations have been exceeded. The leasing office is super helpful and professional.
