  I rented from Barron McWright for 4 years and he was the worse landlord I ever had! Do not Rent from this company. He is money Hungry and does not care about anything but making money! If there is something wrong in the house he will try to find a way not to pay it and have you pay it as a renter even if it's in your agreement. He claims he follows Jesus Christ, but he sure doesn't act like it. He also kept my deposit. There was nothing wrong in the house. I paid a contractor to patch up any holes in the house from tvs hanging on the walls. We replace all the blinds and got the carpets shampooed. He charged me for the walls not being painted, the carpets to be replaced, blinds, the grass outside for not being cut as well as the oven not being cleaned (Which I cleaned myself and had a Cleaning crew and a contractor come fix the holes) basically I was charged for normal wear and tear. I had to get an attorney involved which then Barron agreed to refund me some of the money because the invoice that was sent to my attorney with all the charges was so bogus. I also have not received my deposit. Please do not Rent from this devil in sheep clothing!!!!!
