Had a great experience while touring the apartments with Anthony O'Farril. The property is well kept with beautiful grounds and a peaceful abundance. The amenities are top tier and Anthony provided fantastic customer service. Very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding areas. He was so easy to talk to and very pleasant and professional. I was able to tell him what I was looking for and as we toured he touched on all of the things I mentioned. He took time to listen and focused on providing details that lined up with my request. There was a new special for renting that had just been released that morning, Anthony made sure I was able to take advantage of the new special and included with my application. It was a great offer too! He is very personable, has great energy and he's really good at his job. I hope to see him in a management role when I move in! I'm sold! Thanks, Anthony for taking time with me and my family and making sure our requests were addressed. I will be referring others to come see you.

It’s insane to think that this apartment is brand new and promises so many things, but one of their main concerns isn’t safety. I’ve seen multiple reviews that touched on this, as well as heard complaints, but it is crazy that it took this long for them to finally resolve the issue. As they have been replying to others, I’m sure that there are delays and there can be no guarantee on when parts will be delivered, but if that’s the case why not order multiple at a time. Keep them somewhere to have on hand, that should be a concern. It sucks that this apartment doesn't take it seriously. I do not live here, however I was visiting a few friends. I got dropped off by an Uber. Mind you the driver was already being a little weird. When I got dropped off I assumed I would be safe, but imagine my surprise when a few minutes later the driver is knocking at the door of my best friend’s apartment. We had to threaten him to leave and filed a complaint with the police department. He also now knows where she lives which is something that we are both terrified about. She informed me that the doors are now fixed, but we wouldn’t be in this predicament if they had fixed them earlier. All I can say is do better. As a guest visiting, I can’t even imagine how the residents feel.

This apartment building is a complete disappointment. The management clearly does not care about the safety or well-being of its residents. Every time there’s a storm, the doors stop working, the elevators constantly break down, and when you report issues, they either take forever to respond or never fix them at all. We ran into a problem with the property manager Katrina who treated us as if we were children. She’s rude, patronizing, and acts like she’s above helping anyone. She proudly mentioned she’s been working for apartment buildings for years, but honestly, that’s nothing to brag about when you’ve clearly learned nothing about doing your job. After all that time, you’d think she’d care about the residents or at least understand what professionalism looks like. Instead, she treats people like they’re inconveniences. I get that delays happen sometimes, but that doesn’t excuse ignoring safety concerns. When alarms, doors, and elevators aren’t functioning properly, that’s not just “a delay”, but instead a serious safety issue. It’s shameful that a supposedly “new” building is already being run into the ground by staff who simply don’t care. Then of course, when people write reviews like this, management always tries to twist it around, make excuses, or act like residents are overreacting. But when multiple people are saying the same thing, maybe stop defending yourselves and start fixing the actual problems. If you’re looking for a place that values safety, professionalism, or basic human decency, this isn’t it. The management here is lazy, careless, and completely disconnected from what it means to take care of residents. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else before you regret moving in.

This apartment complex has become a serious safety concern. Every time there’s a storm, the doors stop working, leaving residents locked out. Management keeps giving us the runaround, saying they’re “waiting on parts” to fix it, but it’s been going on for months with no real progress. The elevators are constantly broken, and the fire alarms are literally sitting on the floor instead of being properly installed. When we went to the leasing office to report these issues, the property manager, KATRINA was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I asked about what they can do about the doors her response was “ well guess what it’ll happen again”She showed no concern for residents’ safety or the ongoing problems in the building. This place is unsafe, poorly managed, and not worth the stress or risk. For your own safety, do not move here. And before they respond back and say I don’t live here. Since July I put an application in to be put on the lease with my bf,went to the leasing office 5 times. Told me to come back for the key card and that I would be put on the lease. 3 months later and still no key card and have not been put on the lease.

When I visited Alibi at Lake Lily, I explained to the leasing agent that I had some credit challenges and wanted to confirm whether I could pay several months or even the full contract upfront before submitting my $383 application fee. I was told that if I paid upfront, it wouldn’t be an issue. Based on that assurance, I applied and paid the fee. Unfortunately, I was denied, and since then, no one has returned my calls or provided any explanation. I’ve reached out multiple times and have been told twice that they would speak to the regional manager and get back to me within 24 hours it’s now been over a week, and I haven’t heard anything. If they had at least shown the decency to call me back with an explanation or to acknowledge that the agent had given me incorrect information, I would’ve respected that. But instead, there’s been complete radio silence. It honestly feels like they’ll say anything to get you to apply and pay the fee, then completely disappear once they have your money. If you’re told you can pay upfront to secure approval, get it in writing before you apply otherwise, you’ll likely end up wasting your time and money like I did. Update: I’m updating my review after receiving the property’s public response. To clarify: I was specifically told by the leasing agent that paying several months (or the full lease term) upfront would allow my application to be approved despite credit issues. Based on that information, I paid the $383 non-refundable application fee. After I was denied, I received no follow-up, no explanation, and no call back despite calling the office multiple times. Each time I call, I am told, “We’re speaking with the manager and your situation has been forwarded to the regional manager and we will get back to you,” but no one ever does. In their public response, management stated they can’t guarantee approvals and mentioned an “adverse action letter.” However, this does not address the incorrect information I was given by their staff which is what led me to submit the application and pay the fee in the first place. My experience has been a lack of communication, no accountability for the misinformation I received, and no attempt to resolve the situation professionally. I am posting this update so future applicants are aware and can avoid the confusion, miscommunication, and financial loss I experienced.
