He did an excellent job showing us all of the amenities and took the time to walk us through several apartment options to help us find the perfect fit for our needs. He truly went above and beyond. The property itself looks very nice, clean, and well maintained. I’m so excited for my mother to make this next step on her new apartment home.

I needed to transfer to a first floor unit due to medical reasons, not only was Kris beyond helpful and knowledgeable but his positive personality and effort to go above and beyond really impressed me. Thank you Kris!

The apartments themselves are decent but what they won’t tell you is they have massive water leakage problems and the entire community water supply is “emergency” shutoff for usually 2-3 days a week from anywhere from 10am-10pm, usually with little to no notice. I have been living here since May and this has been an ongoing problem for months now that shows no sign of ever being permanently fixed. If you like camping/“roughing it” then this may be the place for you but if basic amenities like running water are important to you, don’t live here!!
