  We have two little ones so stuff happens! The property's maintenance team is reliably superb! Micah, Tyler, Xavier, and Jonathan are tremendously helpful and on point.

  I moved to these apartments sight unseen, all the way from out of state, and was pleased to find that everything was exactly as advertised on their website. Now, entering my second year here, I can confidently say this place has become more than just a living space, it’s a sanctuary. The property is impeccably maintained, and the residents are thoughtfully chosen, contributing to the overall sense of safety and community. Over time, I’ve witnessed this place evolve, with more families, children, and pets creating an even more welcoming and secure environment. It truly feels like home. The pricing remains reasonable, and the amenities are very worth it. Julie, one of the property managers, deserves special mention. She has gone above and beyond to assist me, offering kindness and support in situations where she was not obligated to do so. I am deeply grateful for her care and the outstanding service I receive from the entire office staff. Additionally, any maintenance requests are promptly addressed, whether it’s something as simple as replacing a fridge water filter or replacing the lock battery. The level of responsiveness and attention to detail is unmatched. I highly recommend this place for any residents/physicians or any healthcare workers in the area.

  My family and I have truly enjoyed living at Canter! From the moment we moved in, we’ve felt welcomed and supported by the management team, Leslie and Jeanne are friendly, helpful, and professional. The Apartment Life Coordinators, Wanda and Aaron, organize fun and engaging events like Game Night, Taco Tuesday, guided painting sessions, and more, all featuring great food and a welcoming atmosphere. We also look forward to the Friday Food Trucks, which bring a fun variety to end the week. The amenities are another big highlight. The clubhouse and pool area have a high-end, resort-like feel and are perfect for relaxing. The fresh ground coffee and variety of teas available for residents in the clubhouse are a great way to start off our mornings! For pet owners, the dog park and dog wash station are additional great features at Canter, and the well-maintained sidewalks throughout the property are great for peaceful evening walks. Maintenance requests are few, but when something does come up, Micah and his team are always quick, efficient, and professional. This community offers everything we need for stress-free, fun, and comfortable apartment living. We’re grateful to be part of such a welcoming and well-run place! Thank you to the management team at Canter for all you do!

  Living at The Canter Luxury Apartments has been an incredible experience, and a big part of that is thanks to the outstanding leasing office staff,especially Ms. Jennie and Ms. Leslie. From day one, both Ms. Jennie and Ms. Leslie have been warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home and are always willing to assist with anything we need. Whether it's answering questions, helping with paperwork, or just greeting you with a smile, their professionalism and genuine care truly stand out. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and peaceful. I love the modern amenities, the cleanliness of the grounds, and the overall atmosphere. It truly feels like home. I’m so grateful to live in a place where the staff cares and the living environment exceeds expectations. Thank you, Ms. Jennie and Ms. Leslie, for making The Canter such a wonderful place to call home!

  This is the absolutely BEST place to rent an apartment from. The clubhouse is huge, with a free coffee station, sometimes out of service but, these things happen but the staff usually fix it fairly quickly. There's a pool table, booths to sit at, tvs, and very clean bathrooms. There's an in-ground pool, barbecue station, dog park, marked spaces for your vehicles, garages to rent monthly (which I highly recommend), and very safe place to live. This is a gated rental property. There are maintenance workers for this property that are the Best at what they do. There's a gym to exercise. There's a business center and a couple of rooms to study in. A mail room and Amazon lockers. Very close to stores. I highly recommend renting from here. On occasions, there are food trucks that visit. Please review the pictures that I've included to see the apartment, the clubhouse, and the area within the property.
