From emergency repairs to accounting, bill payments, and every detail in between, their service has been outstanding. We've faced some big challenges, including flooding from storm surge, and Cambridge handled everything with professionalism, care, and efficiency. Paul Farese deserves special recognition, he is incredibly proactive with repairs, quickly recognizes the needs of the community, and takes action without hesitation. His dedication gives us peace of mind knowing that we are always in good hands. Big kudos also go to Heather, whose prompt replies and follow through have made all the difference. She is always accessible, responsive, and gets things done quickly, which makes our jobs as board members so much easier. We honestly couldn't ask for better management. Our only regret is not finding Cambridge sooner! We highly recommend Cambridge Property Management to any condominium association looking for reliable, responsive, and truly exceptional service.

- SOSean O'DonnellApr 7, 20221.0They state on website that they “track follow ups” and “interact with residents”. Absolutely false! Only way to get things done was through those on board within the community. Property manager “Stacy” may need training on replying to emails, but she certainly is an expert who knows more than skilled tradesmen “plumbers” etc! Overall a disgraceful company to deal with for many reasons not even mentioned. If they had the capacity to perform the most simple of tasks I wouldn’t leave negative feedback, but here we are.
