  1 star is 1 star too many. Do not rent here unless you’re comfortable with 10-12 hours a day of nonstop construction noise. We were told it would be minimal — that was absolutely not the case. It’s constant, extremely loud, and goes on all day, non stop. Thankfully our lease is almost up and we can finally leave. Been a terrible and interruptive experience. Would NOT recommend. building being constructed is right on top of south part of building. Can hear it even with doors and windows closed. Can hear at the pool as well until they stop which is between 6-7 pm and even on Saturdays. NO PEACE HERE MOVE ON!

  I would give this building negative stars if I could. Been here since June and it's been nothing BUT extremely problematic. Calling this building "luxury" is an absolute abomination. Problems since move in: - Was ghosted like 3x by a prior staff so didn't get the apartment I wanted because she wouldn't get back to me in time (read: took her 2-3 days to reply to a single text question) - Upon move in we found a massive ant infestation in our kitchen, a trail of ants coming from one of our balconys. They sent an exterminator team confirming that these ants were there prior to us moving in (I recorded this on my phone while they were in our unit) but then later the management tried telling us that we somehow brought the ants with us - obviously they quickly buckled once i said i had the recording of the exterminators saying otherwise. - The exterminator team sprayed a solution and its supposed to be used while nobody is at home. Nobody told us to leave and this ended up with my dog having a severe allergic reaction and when i went to speak about this at the management office Eli interrupted me to tell me to pull my top up because my "tits were falling out" as I'm talking about my dog possibly having to go to the emergency room for poisioning. I've never felt so disrespected. Went to her boss to talk about this and was told that Eli was just being a "girls girl" basically. I never got an apology. The management here is the worst I've ever experienced anywhere I've lived (and i've lived many places). Eli in particular is rude, condescending and extremely unprofessional. Now to the actual building/apartment: - Security is extremely low. Doors don't even have keyholes so you have no idea who is outside the door. - Luxury italian finishes? where? the finishes are extremely basic and very much outdated. My bath sink even came with mold hiding inside it :) - Water pressure in the showers is way too low and water barely gets hot. Do not expect any nice long hot showers here. - Construction: We were told it was going to be normal hours, but they work mon-sat from 6-7 am sometimes until 8 pm.The noise is out of this world. You get one quiet day out of an entire week. The latest problem is the trash shute which hasn't been fixed now for 10 days. There is trash absolutely EVERYWHERE and they haven't done anything about it yet. Conclusion - I would pay to be able to go back in time and not sign my lease here. Don't do it.

  They need a better job of management this is unacceptable for all this money we pay over 5k n more the garage smells like shit they have horrible accountability I’m ready to move they dont about the residents

  I was Hamilton resident for 2 years, moved out by the end of 2024, my experience was mixed through time, building management was changing and developing. Overall loved location, view, size of apartment. I am leaving review right now because really want to give credits to JESSICA from frontdesk who helped me sooo much!! Almost a year after my moving out- she stepped out of her way and found my missing mail with green card. She didn’t have to but she did, she contacted USPS, used her magic even though my mail was already almost on the way to return to sender. I can’t thank her enough. Ellie from management office was also very helpful. Whoever had to deal with immigration department in FL know how hard would be for me to issue new green card. Jessica, Ellie thank you again 🫶🏼
