    I rarely write reviews, unless they were very good or very bad. This review is for being very good. I used their service as a buyer. I worked with Urquia and she was fantastic, i did have a lot of challenges and drama during closing due to financing factors, but she was prompt in addressing many of the situations and worked tirelessly with all parties to make sure the closing on time. Certainly, I will use the service in future. TWO THUMBS UP !!!

    My listing was posted with TONS of errors, I am having an open-house and it does not even show on the MLS when I clearly indicated it. Trying to get through with customer service is a nightmare, they do not have a voicemail and simply say to call back later. Highly regret the Flat Fee MLS service.

    Great company to do business with. Good prices, great customer service. Used the lockbox and the signs for the open house. Everything worked out. Tip: Make sure your ad is completely perfect before you sign the contract and pay because changes have a lag time.

    Beycome gave me the support I needed to beat the odds that were against me selling my own property. As a 'former' realtor, I am familiar with the buying/selling process, but sometimes a person needs help. I couldn't get on the local MLS without either going with a listing agent or signing on with Beycome, or some other 'flat fee' service. Beycome is a good company, the people are very nice and helpful, they always either answer the phone right away or call back quickly, and they are very competitive with their pricing options. Beycome customer support did pass on the calls from the sign to me, which is very important. Some other services send the calls to local realtors. There will always be 'cold calls' on property that has a sign out front with "For Sale by Owner", from realtors who are fishing for a listing. That's just part of it. Realtors will give you a free market analysis (get that for pricing - even maybe more than one) and then just move on. Tell them to bring you a buyer!! I offered 2.5% to a realtor with very little resistance, which is WAY BETTER than 6%!! Thank you Beycome!!
