  My husband has been renting here for 2 years now. The gate is always broken, the new call box barely ever works, you can't even get ahold of management unless you go into the office and if they aren't there or decide they don't want to help you then you're just out of luck. There's an "outdoor cat" running around the front gate every day and when calling them in regards to it we were told "no worries" despite that violating their policies. Same EXACT things with pit mixes and stuff. If you need to handle something I'd recommend trying to do so yourself because you're pretty much gonna have to anyway. The hottub never works and is never clean, the pool is always filthy and overflowing. There's never ANY parking in his section due to people having guests constantly and there being 0 assigned parking or any parking tags for those who ACTUALLY LIVE HERE. You pay an extra 50 dollars for a button for the gate that(reference before points) never works. The dog park is so disgusting. It's hard to believe this place is "maintained" up to Martin county code with all the issues I've listed. I'm honestly surprised nobody has gotten legally involved. If u don't mind all that then definitely come on down n rent here. Everyone is rude and nothing ever works!! Isn't that fun?

  A great place to live. Everyone is very on top of the community, including Ashley, the Community Assistant Manager. Ashley took care of me and my family and made sure our apartment was the one we wanted and made the move extremely smooth. The maintenance workers also are always on top of things within the community. Jose, a maintenance worker, always make sure when something needs to be fixed and I can't be home, that my dog is happy and gets some pets in while they are working.

  Nadia is incredible, very professional and focused on our needs. She carefully informed us about all the condominium amenities and rules. Gary and I are extremely happy to have met her. She is amazing Thank you again Nadia Ashley has also been a wonderful part of our moving experience. She's been there for us every step of the way since we started the moving process. It's truly amazing that the office has a fantastic team. Thank you so much, Ashley!

  I have never enjoyed having to deal with office staff at an apartment complex in the past but Ashley at Heritage is an absolute exception. I came in for a tour and had 4 appointments to look at other apartments. I canceled the others without even thinking twice. Ashley was perfect from start to finish and I signed in the spot. Love their welcoming and positive attitude. Would give more than 5 stars if it were possible.
