- NPNina PerkinsDec 8, 20255.0Recently viewed an apartment with a sweet young lady name Genesis in the front office. She was very detailed about the whole application process and shared all the community activities, and I believe Village Walk would be a great fresh start for my family.
- AAAENov 23, 20251.0As a resident who has been living here for over two years and leaving soon, I cannot recommend this place. Management is the main issue. The communication is horrible with regard to informing residents of things that affect their day to day life. You may or may not get only 24 hours notice for things like fire alarm testing, roof repair, pressure washing patios (in which you are expected to remove everything from your patio), the list goes on. They can’t even control late night pool parties, and I mean this has been going on for over a year. Nothing gets cleaned up in communal spaces unless you call or email the office. I feel like I do a better property management job here than they do. There’s just no sense of respect for the residents, truly. There’s also a cop who gets discounted rent for living here and in exchange he’s supposed to patrol and I don’t know, try to prevent issues from happening but unless you call multiple times (and if he’s not working his actual job), he may respond. It’s just overall not worth it.

The entire property has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes it a wonderful place to call home. The office team is always friendly, helpful, and professional, going above and beyond to assist residents. I especially want to highlight the maintenance staff, who are absolutely amazing—prompt, efficient, and always willing to help whenever something needs attention or an emergency arises. A special thank you to Omar Santiago, the maintenance supervisor, for his professionalism, dedication, and strong work ethic. He and his team truly care about the residents and take great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition.
