The apartment itself feels like home—bright, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. I love how quiet the community is, yet everything I need is just minutes away. The amenities are a huge bonus, and it’s clear the team takes pride in keeping everything clean and well-maintained. The Property Manager, Mariana is my favorite part of the entire environment. She is quick, efficient, & truly knows how to make her residents feel welcome! If you’re looking for a place where you feel cared for and comfortable, this is it!

However, this is more than offset by the outstanding support from Aubrey and Jake in the leasing office. My previous experience with property management in Jacksonville was so bad I almost had to sue, so I came into this process with a lot of distrust. Aubrey and Jake completely changed that. They handled my internal move by providing the most cost-efficient option possible and streamlined the process so effectively that all I had to focus on was moving my furniture. Their professionalism is top-tier; they always go the extra mile to satisfy any request and greet you with a genuine smile. It's rare to find this level of service.

Because the people writing the negative reviews are completely ignorant of the housing laws (and the lease they signed) and do not appreciate the fact that management IS aware of the laws and enforcing them correctly. People that post reviews without reading their lease should not dictate whether another person (who is capable of reading) DOES read the lease and the community policies decide to live somewhere. In this age, reviews are paramount. People know this so they decide to post everything they can in an attemtp to get their way. The person who posted about a notice being removed is just plain ignorant. I hope they do waste their money and pay an attorney for somthing that is probably very clear in their lease. SMH. I actually had the pleasure of touring the community with Aubrey last week. I thought the place was very well kept and she was quite professional. I expect nothing less. But, doing my homework, I started reading the reviews. This is where I came unglued. The level of stupidity is just crazy. I feel bad the people in the office have to deal with this actually. If you want a clean, modern place to live where you will be held to the rules, this is it!! Let's rally and all live here so the idots will find another place down road!!
