The apartment itself feels like home—bright, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. I love how quiet the community is, yet everything I need is just minutes away. The amenities are a huge bonus, and it’s clear the team takes pride in keeping everything clean and well-maintained. The Property Manager, Mariana is my favorite part of the entire environment. She is quick, efficient, & truly knows how to make her residents feel welcome! If you’re looking for a place where you feel cared for and comfortable, this is it!

However, this is more than offset by the outstanding support from Aubrey and Jake in the leasing office. My previous experience with property management in Jacksonville was so bad I almost had to sue, so I came into this process with a lot of distrust. Aubrey and Jake completely changed that. They handled my internal move by providing the most cost-efficient option possible and streamlined the process so effectively that all I had to focus on was moving my furniture. Their professionalism is top-tier; they always go the extra mile to satisfy any request and greet you with a genuine smile. It's rare to find this level of service.
