I have witnessed people jumping over the fence to enter the property, and on multiple occasions, I have seen individuals walking around with firearms. I would strongly advise against moving into this complex if you value safety, cleanliness, and responsive management.

They were all very kind and professional. The maintenance team is VERY quick to respond and fix your issues and they’re good at their jobs. We all mostly keep to ourselves but every interaction I’ve had with other residents has been a positive one. The price is very affordable for my 3 bedroom

Based on this experience, I would not recommend anyone to move into or do business with your community. I strongly urge you to address this issue with your team to ensure future residents or visitors are treated with respect and professionalism.
