  While the property offers a pleasant environment, there appears to be a deficiency in the upkeep of cleanliness, encompassing both the physical spaces and tenant practices. Specifically, the maintenance of communal areas, such as those directly outside individual apartment units, seems to be neglected.

  similarly to many reviews we have been struggling with pests since we’ve moved in. The people in the office are patronizing and treat you as if you’re crazy. none of them do there job and maintenance doesn’t show up when we request them to spray and do their job, which is maintaining. future reference for everyone DO NOT live here if you’re expecting a clean pest free environment that has good property management. my boyfriend and i are young and were looking for a place to start our lives. jill definitely took advantage of that to get us stuck in a lease for a dirty, humid, bug filled apt. i’m truly disappointed that this is how i started my adult journey. lesson learned.

  I have had to jump through hoops just to have a basic standard of living here. Every day I come home to cockroaches, spiders, and earwigs in my apartment. Pest control is included in the lease documents, but ever since moving in bugs have been a constant issue. Maintenance has not showed up to address this issue after requesting them to take care of the bug problem not once, but twice now. Do not move here if you want a bug-free house, this is ridiculous.

  I am a current resident and only moved in March. We were told that the pest were a nonissue but that is not the case at all. We have encountered every single kind of bug since living here. Roaches, spiders, fruit flies, flies, centipede and millipedes, and on top of that I have found bug larvae of some unknown kind in my daughter’s unused bathroom. The office has been told about this and informed of my grievances over a week ago and there has been radio silence. My apartment was unclean when we moved in, roaches under appliances next to previous tenants food. I am a SAHM of two little ones and maintenance refuses to give me a courtesy call before showing up unannounced. Our upstairs neighbors bang and jump all day and night long. When told all of this the office tries to turn it around and act as if all of these issues are self inflicted.
