- PCProgressive CrunkOct 18, 20251.0They refuse to fix a huge crack in my ceiling pouring gallons of water into my BEDROOM where me and my partner slept I live on the 3rd story basically ignored all summer maybe longer, for months having to collect gallons of water in a bucket because they keep saying the work is done when they haven't done anything to fix it no matter how many times I make a maintenance request about it and how unsafe it is because of the water damage the roof is literally falling out, have called the office and spoke to multiple employees and managers with nothing done. Do not move here in jacksonville its a scam.

- LSliz shumateSep 9, 20251.0This place is horrible,it's hard to get them to fix things, they will leave you with out ac for almost a week when they tell you it would be only the weekend and they will fix it that following Monday. They have this big whole in the ground and my husband feel through that whole and he went to the office and the big lady said that he was harassing when he asked for the incident report they said they would give him. The higher up manager is very very rude she will yell and use bad words to the tenets. They will try to evict people if you get hurt on there property and send you emails acting like the tenants are the problem when it's the staffs that's the problem. We pay to use the pool but you can't and the only time you can go to the gym is when the office is opened. We signed the renewal last month and now they trying to say we can't renew when we have already got an offer to renew our lease. If there was a way to give a -100 stars I would.
