  I would strongly advise anyone to avoid living at this community. In fact, based on my experience, I’m not sure I would consider any Fort family property. The way residents are treated is unacceptable, and management is consistently unresponsive and ineffective. The on-site management is incompetent and issues are rarely, if ever, resolved. I’ve spent months trying to reach someone above the property manager with NO success. This leads me to believe the lack of accountability is company wide. The walls are so thin that you have little to no peace and quiet, and noise complaints are completely ignored. Basic operations are a mess. The fire alarm goes off multiple times with no explanation, and the staff seems to have no idea how to silence it properly. We even went months without mail delivery because the mailboxes were numbered incorrectly. Their “solution” was to give us the address of the post office where all of our mail was being rerouted. A huge inconvenience that never should have happened. Customer service is nonexistent. When I tried to get help directly from the property manager, after repeated unresolved issues, it only made things worse. The manager is rarely available, and even when present, seems more focused on personal activities than assisting residents. To top it off, after moving out, they are now attempting to charge me for unjustified fees. These wonderful people are trying to charge me a “no forwarding address” fee. This has been the worst apartment living experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere…you’ll be glad you did.

  I lived at Pinnacle for 13 months. I wanted to share my experience from the time I moved in until the time I moved out. Pinnacle exceeded all expectations. I have lived at many apartments and Pinnacle is by far the best! The property is well kept. Maintenance requests are treated with urgency and completed quickly. There are many amenities that will keep you and friends entertained. Location is close to everything too. Storage units are available as well. The staff always have a friendly smile and are helpful! I would like to give a shout out to Katlin McCoy. She answered all of my questions and was helpful when it came to well, anything. I ended up moving from pinnacle last week and regret it! The grass is not always greener on the other side!

  I have lived here for going on 2 years, and I wanted to shout out the maintenance team of Pinnacle. Since moving in, we have had a few maintenance issues, which are to be expected in an apartment! Every single issue has been resolved promptly. I would specifically like to shout out Tim, who has been around since moving in. He is always so responsive and professional to our requests. Tim has made our living experience here at Pinnacle one of the best apartment living experiences of all time!

  I wanted to give a shout out to Tim. Tim is the maintenance guru. He's prompt, quick, respectful and incredibly friendly. In the very few times I've needed maintenance, he has come up and fixed the problem immediately and even noticed other things I didn't and fixed those. 5 stars for Tim!

  I do not recommend living here unless you enjoy: -overflowing smelly trash and random yard sale lookin’ crap in hallways for weeks on end, - hunting for your packages on the floor like a gremlin by a trashcan because the secure mail room magically disappeared, - weekly fire alarms going off, - loud obnoxious screaming parties in the lobby multiple nights a week (that even when you report it are told it’s acceptable), -taking your dog to the ER vet because they were attacked by 2 off leash dogs at the property, which is a constant reported issue, -hearing your neighbors every move, -fighting for your paid parking space. never mind trying to have a guest, because if you rent a space for them, someone is already in it for free. the parking is a free for all and nothing is enforced. -the only pros here are having a security officer, and the maintenance team is one of the best I’ve seen at a complex.
