From the very beginning, everyone has been welcoming, but I especially want to shout out Dickie. He has been incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful with anything I’ve needed. It really makes a difference when someone genuinely cares, and he does. The community is clean, peaceful, and well taken care of. My apartment feels comfortable and safe, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly. I honestly feel valued here, and that’s why I love calling this place home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a community with staff who actually go above and beyond—just like Dickie!

One of the first people you’ll meet is Dickie, and he is truly one of the nicest men you’ll ever come across. He’s friendly, lovable, and always willing to help with anything you need. He goes above and beyond to make even a short conversation memorable. Dickie has a way of making you forget your plans for the day because you’ll just want to sit and talk with him. He makes Palm Bay Club sound perfect for anyone and everyone, and honestly, he makes it feel perfect especially if he’s the one you get to see each time you walk in.

Dickie specifically has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Dickie has been instrumental in allowing us to feel confident that while we remain in Florida for the time being, this is where we'd like to stay. We also can't thank the maintenance staff enough for continued speedy resolutions and visits no matter how big or small the need is. Between the best price for a 1 bed 1.5 bath 1k sqft apartment, the quality appliances and the service I don't think we'll choose anywhere else In Jacksonville to stay. I look forward to our 3rd year here.
