  I just move in today, I am not good with technology I’m older haha! This is my first time having to do this process and Brianna helped me do everything I needed to get all moved in from the very start to end! She was really great and so helpful, I am the first one to move in my brand new apartment I love it. Highly recommend working with sweet Brianna and these beautiful apartments.

  I’ve had such a wonderful experience with this community and I truly have to highlight my leasing agent, Brianna. From the very beginning she has been welcoming, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. Brianna’s professionalism and warm personality made me feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. You can tell she genuinely cares about her residents and takes pride in providing great service. Because of her, moving into this community has been such a positive experience. I’m grateful for all her help and highly recommend working with her!

  I felt welcomed from the first call I made to the leasing office. Josh provided me with all the information I needed to make the decision to move to Momentum. When we came in for a tour Brianna was so helpful, warm, and informative. The apartments are beautiful with a lot of open space, natural light, and brand new appliances. We are extremely happy with our new place.

  I visited the property on four different dates. With my most recent one being today. I arrive at 2:13pm only to see a sign displayed saying back at 3pm. I arrived back at the leasing office 2:54pm and waited out front in my SUV until 3:02 pm. During this wait I observed a dark haired male 25-30 years of age arrive on a golf cart. He proceeded to enter the west door of the building. Walked thru the lobby, shook the front entrance door and walk towards the rear of the lobby. A min later, a female 30-40 blond hair also walked to the door looked out and proceeded to the rear of the building. I then observed two additional males 35 - 45 year old males walking in lobby area. At 3:02pm I proceeded to the entrance to the lobby, however it was still locked. One of 35-45 year old men walked to entrance door, unlocked it and agreeted me. He allowed me to step in and began to share that the leasing agents were in a training class and couldn't speak to me. He also shared that he was a maintenance guy and leasing wasn't something he could handle. I shared this was my fourth time attempting to visit this property and each time there is a out of office note on the door. I asked him why isn't anyone ever in the office during the hours that are posted on the welcome wood sign out front. He then apologized and stated he knows it says we're open on Sundays but they're not open on Sundays, but they just have not changed the signs. He proceeded to tell me he didn't know why. I shared with him I had been here an hour earlier today (Monday) and returned in hopes that I could see someone to speak about the property. He politely apologize again and asked if he could take my number to have someone contact me later, i declined. I shared with him, this inquiry was for one of my military relatives out of state, who asked me to get a visit of the property and the floorplan. I requested a card and he provided me a card for Josh S. Leasing professional. My frustration is with the lack of availability of a leasing professional or the consideration of a potential tenant's time is highly unprofessional. My drive is 18.2 miles what an inconvenience during four attempts. After the first three attempts on the weekend I should have made and appointment. However, being a Monday and observing landscapers install flowers, a painter painting the sidewalk grey in front of the leasing office, two Golf carts, in the parking lot, and four employees in the office. One would have definitely thought that I could get in and see the property. If this is how the Leasing Professionals are handling potential tenants. I wonder how they will handle their current tenants. In closing The Maitenance Professional was extremely professional and apologenic. However I will advise my relative to seek another option.
